Sign in safely

Open the portal from a trusted bookmark, check the web address and keep your password unique. Never share passwords, verification codes or full card security details through messages or calls.

Recognise suspicious contact

Be cautious when a message creates urgency, asks you to move money, install software or disclose security information. End the conversation and contact us through a known channel.

If you suspect fraud

Stop the transaction if possible, do not approve further requests, change your password from a trusted device and contact support promptly. Include the time and type of activity, but never send your password.

Responsible reporting

If you believe you have found a security weakness, report it privately through the contact page with clear reproduction details. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt services or publish the issue before it can be reviewed.
